We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers:

  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently do not ship to some remote areas and select Asian countries.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your kitchen gadgets, barware, or organizational solutions fit perfectly into your home.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Including all original tags and labels
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Personal Care Items from our Bathroom category
  • Cleaning & Washing Up products that have been opened
  • Gift Ideas that have been personalized or customized
  • Any products where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Your full name and contact information
  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number visible on the outside, and ship to:

4 Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The timing of when you’ll see the refund in your account depends on your payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund

What’s Refunded

We refund the product price and any applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally, please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error. Refunds will be processed in US Dollars.
